Episode 67 – A Quick 6 Step Plan For Coping With A Crisis
None of us, with the possible exception of Bill Gates, knew what was coming with this one.
I don’t know about you, but I’ve been taken by surprise, felt stressed out and had to change my plans many times over the last few weeks due to the coronavirus pandemic.
So what do we do on a personal level and in our small businesses to keep going and stay sane in the process?
Episode 66 – What’s Your Next Level? (It Might Not Be The One You Think)
When we talk about ‘The Next Level’ in business, what are we normally talking about?
We’re usually talking about income.
Which is directly connected to our ideas of becoming more successful.
Making more money.
And generally, the conversation stops there.
But then why do we want money?
To make life easy. To take away ‘problems’. To buy more stuff. To do more things.
And why do we want that?
Episode 65 – How I’m Living My Entrepreneurial Design
I believe strongly that we should be starting a business that fits our personality.
The main tool I use when I work with clients (and any one can get theirs free) is The Entrepreneurial Design Profile.
This tool enables me to see how broad a focus someone should have in order to maintain their interest in the business.
It tells me which marketing channels would be suitable for them, which types of offers they’ll enjoy most and what kind of interaction with other people is going to be a best fit in their business.
Episode 64 – How To Know If A Product Or Service Will Sell (Before You Create It)
When starting a business one of the big questions you’ll want the answer to is “How can I know if my product will sell?”
In my seven years working with new business owners I’ve found asking this question sooner rather than later can save a lot of heartache and trouble.
Episode 63 – Start The Right Business – What You Need To Know To Start A Business That Fits Your Personality
My business mission is: to enable independence through entrepreneurship.
Meaning, to give people more freedom through helping them live, work and make money their way.
The best way to make money ‘your way’ is usually to build a business, otherwise, inevitably, someone else is going to have opinions on how things should be done.
And out goes your way!
Starting the right business doesn’t mean start any business you might like
Just because you are the boss it doesn’t mean you can make any business a fit.
